MEMORIES IMPACT PROJECT

Memories have the power to leave a lasting impact. Painful memories etch their way on to our hearts during difficult seasons. We want to make a way for joy-filled memories to co-exist in the grief and sorrow.

We come alongside families who learn that their baby is not expected to live long past birth by providing them opportunities to make memories during their final months of pregnancy and offer support along the way.

It might not be the same as imagined, but we believe that these memories will last a lifetime and leave a positive impact. We’ve witnessed that sprinkling joy and making memories along the way fosters hope and helps families feel supported.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE: Anyone who is currently pregnant with a baby that has received an incompatible with long-term survival/life-limiting diagnosis.

THE PROCESS: Families apply to participate in The Memories Impact Project. We will send a short questionnaire to learn more about the baby’s diagnosis, the family’s memory wishes and how we can come alongside. We then work with families to find memories that will best fit their family’s interest and needs. APPLY HERE

THE CARRIED PROJECT

Losing a child is often thought of as an ultimate tragedy. A life spent together ends without time for the many moments, hopes, and dreams that had been anticipated.

The Carried Project comes alongside families that have experienced the loss of a baby. We know that families forever carry the love and loss of their child in their heart. For many, the opportunity to share their story brings healing and hope.

Grieving looks different for everyone and the journey is not a straight line. For some, sharing their story shortly after experiencing loss is a step in their healing process and others will need time to process before they are ready to share.

We invite families who have experienced a pregnancy or infant loss to participate in The Carried Project where we honor and remember these babies. Each week, different families are given the opportunity to share their story and during that week we donate 50% of every donation and/or bracelet sale made in the honor of their baby back to them. The family can use the money to make a memory in honor of their child, donate it to a charity of their choice, or use it toward medical/funeral expenses.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE: Anyone who has experienced a pregnancy or infant loss. We don’t put a time frame on when the loss occurred as we believe that every story shared brings healing and hope to others. Also, every family can benefit from the opportunity to honor and remember their baby.

THE PROCESS: Families apply to participate in The Carried Project. We send a short questionnaire to learn more about the family and the loss they have experienced. Families are assisted in sharing their story by way of questions we ask them to answer. We will share their story on our website and social media pages. We encourage those participating to share with their family and friends during the week their story is featured as we donate 50% of bracelet sales/donations made in honor of their baby back to them.
